► YOUR UNION

When you enrol at the Guildhall you will automatically become a member of the Students’ Union which exists to support students during their time in the school. It acts as a channel of communication in dealing with the School and represents its members in many committees right through the school and up to the Board of Governors.

The Union is effectively your voice on any issues that you have at the School and is here to act on your behalf in order to raise these issues so that they can be solved. The Union recruits student representatives from all courses and years in order to gain feedback at every level. We are also members of the National Union of Students and attend National Conferences on your behalf.

The Union also offers information and advice on a whole range of subjects, and supplies student discount cards such as NUS. If you are new to London then the Union can offer essential student information on the local area and the best spots to go in the City. As the Union is run by current and past students of the Guildhall we know a lot about life as a student and can offer information or suggestions on how to make the most of your time here!
